ETC is a chaat franchise that is a subset of Gurmurthi Sweets but with their own distinct identity - that of having chaats from across the nation. We were tasked with making the franchise take off.

Approach

Well, we started with the fundamentals - their slickly curated list of chaats had to be made into a menu and many other colourful collaterals were designed to rope in hungry chaat lovers to their stores. Now, we are venturing deeper into marketing for them.
