A 3 Day Home Fest conducted at their HQ primarily as a sale designed to secure potential homeowners to purchase a home from their premium collection. A wide array of incentives were in place to entice the customer to complete the transaction. Implementation required large scale marketing communication collaterals and advertising campaigns both online and offline.
Approach
We worked over time brainstorming with sure fire strategies that would entice the target audiences - this involved us scheduling sessions to create marketing communications in all the mediums.
